Conditions of Use

This is a website for businesses engaged in landscape architecture, interior/exterior design, or lawn and garden retailing.  By continuing, you affirm that this is, indeed, your industry.

While we do our best to have each photo represent the product as closely as possible, there is always a difference between pottery in person and pottery on a computer screen or catalog.

We do our best to cycle count our inventory, keeping it up to date.  However, we do have shortages periodically and may need to call you after your order is placed to substitute.

Minimus
Dealer minimum order is $2,500 ($1,500 if picking up at Dallas warehouse)
Trade minimum order is $1,500 ($1,000 if picking up at Dallas warehouse)

Distributor Billing
At the customer’s request, orders may be billed through the following distributors: BFG, BWI, Arett, Foster’s, and Wyatt Quarles. Please notate Distributor billing preference on the order.

Shipping, Damages, Returns
Jackson Pottery does its best to inspect, pack, and ship with the utmost care. Each customer is responsible for checking each shipment for damage and shortages. If damage occurs, please take pictures of the damage and denote on an invoice copy and fax (800-316-7687) to Jackson Pottery within 10 business days to file a claim or email [email protected]. PLEASE UNPACK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY. Product received by the customer in good condition is non-refundable after 10 business days. No returns without prior authorization.

Some local deliveries may be shipped on Jackson Pottery trucks in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. However, we reserve the right to use LTL trucks to ship to any state, including the above listed. Daily delivery times and notifications on LTL carriers are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. Alternate shipping methods are available upon request with common carrier or LTL service. We do not offer “white glove” service, and all items will come palletized. When applicable, additional fees may apply like Limited Access Fee, Multiple Drop Fee, and Liftgate Fee.

Canceled Orders - Restocking Fees
Due to the inherent labor costs and packing material associated with pottery, a cancellation/restocking fee of 25% will be applied to any order cancelled 7 days after submission to Jackson Pottery. The order need not have shipped to be charged a restocking fee. Freight costs will be charged when applicable.

Terms
All initial orders require prepayment unless billing through a distributor. Jackson Pottery accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and company checks. Stocking Dealers are eligible for terms based on credit worthiness. An application for terms is available. Failure to remit payment according to invoice terms may result in revocation of credit privileges, the use of a collection agency, and/or legal action. Past due accounts will be assessed a monthly finance charge of 1% of the total balance (12% APR) or a minimum of $5, whichever is greater. Unprocessed orders may be held until all balances, including finance charges, are paid in full. Volume based discounts that may carryover for the duration of that calendar year may also be fortified.

Backorders
Jackson Pottery fills backorders by request only at a $1,000 minimum and can be combined with new orders or shipped by themselves. Backorders may be combined with a new order by customers. Backorders are considered new orders and are subject to standard freight terms.

Care
Proper care of all planters and outdoor living accessories is recommended to help ensure long term enjoyment. These precautions do not necessarily guarantee that planters left to the elements will survive winter weather. Jackson Pottery is not responsible for damage done to product due to weather conditions.
